This inspiring European tour – led by @theportoprotocol , Paicines Ranch, and the No Regrets Initiative – brings together hands-on workshops all about regenerative viticulture and ecosystem restoration. Exactly what we’re implementing here at @staffelterhof862 through our vitiforestry project @weinwald862 🌱
Regenerative winegrowing is vital because it rebuilds soil health instead of depleting it and enhances biodiversity, making our vineyards more resilient to climate extremes. It’s about creating living, balanced ecosystems that benefit both the land and future generations. 🍃
We can’t wait to welcome Kelly Mulville and the community to learn, share, and experience what regenerative viticulture looks like in practice.
